Anybody Know Where I Can Get a Pair of Shoes Like This?

These are my favorites shoes (made by Bass, "338 Leather Upper Ruber Sole"), but, as you can see, they've taken a beating over the five years I've owned them.

Alas, despite many searches, online and off, I've been unable to find another pair; that is, something tan with tassels.

Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!
