It's not just New Jersey governors whose motorcades dramatically exceed the speed limit. Michael Shear reports in today's Post that in 2003, an SUV carrying New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson hit 110 mph, making a 26-minute drive along Interstate 40 in 16 minutes.
